EL POLLO INKA ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

OUR COMMITMENT

El Pollo Inka wants everyone to be able to use elpolloinka.com, including people with disabilities. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review the site as we make changes.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE

• Food, restaurant and icon images have descriptive alternative text. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
• Ordering, delivery-app, email and social media links describe where they lead.
• The site menu can be opened with the keyboard (press Enter or Space on the menu icon) and closed with the Escape key.
• Each location page lists its address, phone number and hours as text, alongside a map.
• The banner video on the home page plays muted.
• Content appears immediately; there are no fade-in animations as you scroll.

ACCESSIBILITY MENU

Every page also has an accessibility menu, provided by accessiBe. Open it from the round icon in the bottom-right corner to adjust settings such as text size, contrast and spacing. It is an extra option; we do not rely on it in place of making the site itself accessible.

KNOWN LIMITATIONS

We are still working on some parts of the site:

• The photo slideshow on the home page advances automatically, and its pause and play controls do not yet work with a keyboard.
• Maps are provided by Google, and online ordering and delivery happen on third-party sites. Those services are run by other companies and are outside our control.

Each El Pollo Inka location is independently owned and operated. For questions about a specific restaurant, including its menu, online ordering or in-person accessibility such as entrances, seating and restrooms, please contact that location directly.
